3-6 days before departure: 50% refund

1. Booking Requirements

1.1 Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For safety considerations, pregnant women may only join tours if their pregnancy will not exceed 24 weeks by the tour end date.
1.2 Hotels offer various room types (e.g., one King/Queen bed or two Double beds) with maximum legal occupancy of 2-4 persons (including adults and children). Guests must comply with each hotel's deposit policy (typically credit card authorization). While we guarantee room quantity, specific room types and locations cannot be guaranteed. Standard check-in time is after 3:00 PM.

2.1 All attraction tickets must be purchased through the tour guide. Personal tickets or City Passes are not accepted. Ticket prices and included meals may adjust according to official notices.
2.2 The local operator reserves the right to adjust itinerary sequence for operational efficiency without reducing included activities.
2.3 Tour guides may modify sightseeing order, duration, or meeting times due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4.1 Smoking is prohibited on all vehicles and in most hotel rooms. Violators will be charged $250+ cleaning fees by hotels.
4.2 Pets are not permitted on any tours.
4.3 Children under 8 require car seats ($10/day rental available with advance notice).
4.4 Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will result in departure without refund.
