Booking Questions

1. How far in advance should I book my tour?
We recommend booking at least 30 days in advance for domestic tours and 60 days for international tours to ensure availability. Popular seasons may require even earlier booking.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Zelle transfers. For Zelle payments, please send to refundsnewark@gmail.com
Note: Credit card and PayPal payments incur a 3% processing fee on refunds.

Cancellation & Changes

3. What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy offers: Special promotions may have different cancellation terms.
4. Can I make changes to my booking after payment?
Changes to bookings are permitted up to 7 days before departure, subject to a $25 administration fee and any price differences. Within 7 days, changes may not be possible due to vendor commitments.

5. What should I bring on tour?
Essential items include: We'll provide a detailed packing list specific to your tour after booking.
6. Are meals included in the tour price?
Most tours include breakfast daily and some special meals as noted in the itinerary. Lunches and dinners are typically at your own expense unless specified. We always include at least one authentic local dining experience.

7. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) with advance notice. Please inform us at least 14 days before departure for best results.
8. What if I have mobility limitations?
Many of our tours are mobility-friendly, but some destinations have challenging terrain. Please contact us before booking to discuss your specific needs. We can recommend suitable tours or arrange special assistance where possible (may involve additional fees).

While we don't process visas directly, we provide: Allow sufficient processing time as visa requirements can change.
