Cancellation Timeframes

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus $50 processing fee
• 15-29 days before departure: 75% refund
• 8-14 days before departure: 50% refund
• 7 days or less: No refund available

Special Circumstances

Full refunds will be granted for:

• Documented medical emergencies
• Military deployment
• Natural disasters affecting travel
